Introducing Kimberly Leal

This month’s Newsletter is dedicated to introducing our newest team member, Kimberly Leal.

Kimberly brings years of dealership automotive experience to the AutoPeople Team. She is an expert witness for all Accounting related matters. She has Controller experience and can assist in finding you a Controller or any other dealership manager.

Kimberly “Dusty” Leal has blended together a unique combination of skills during her 25+ years in the auto industry. After holding the positions of Controller and Finance Manager at the dealership level, she became a Consultant for the Reynolds and Reynolds Company. During her year tenure, Reynolds and Reynolds was contracted by Microsoft to facilitate training for Carpoint, their Internet lead generation service. Kimberly became a Carpoint trainer and conducted workshops all over the country teaching sales personnel how to sell cars online.

Kimberly has a strong background in management training and problem resolution. She spent several years as a Dale Carnegie Graduate Assistant for their “Leadership in Management” seminars. Kimberly coached many managers of fortune 500 companies helping them to achieve their goals both professionally as well as personally.

In 2001, Kimberly decided to bundle all of her experience together and founded, Dusty Roads Unlimited Automotive Business Consulting and Seminars. She offers a variety of services to her clients including but not limited to; training, management fill-in, trouble-shooting and forensic accounting. Kimberly specializes in restoring the integrity of accounting records, “Guerrilla” cash management and embezzlement discovery.
