Founded almost 20 years ago by Eric Blaushild, a car dealer himself at the time, AutoPeople is now run by Elisabeth Brown-Oude Kotte who joined the company in 1996. She has worked extensively with dealerships of all franchises and all sizes across the country to make sure they have the quality managers they need in order to be successful. Both her personal approach and her ability to find just the right person for the job have created a network of loyal clients that will attest to AutoPeople’s commitment to quality and follow up.

Elisabeth is joined by David Adragna. David has 25 years of Retail Automotive experience as a Dealer Operator and Partner in several dealerships. Work experience includes CFO and General Manager Positions. His experience includes operating multiple dealerships. David has many years of experience in recruiting and hiring dealership managers. His complete understanding of your business is an asset to our Company.

David has recently opened our West Coast Office based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He lives in Half Moon Bay, CA.
